What is the AI Brain?

The AI Brain is RevvTen's enterprise knowledge management system. It stores your company's documents, rules, guidelines, and real-time data from connected sources (Slack, HubSpot, etc.). When any employee enhances a prompt, the AI Brain automatically injects the right context so the AI output is relevant to your company — not generic.

What data sources can I connect to the AI Brain?

Currently: Slack (company and personal channels), HubSpot (contacts, deals, companies), Attention (call transcripts), and Circleback (meeting summaries). Slack data is retained for 14 days, HubSpot for 90 days, and Attention/Circleback for 60 days. Data is synced in the background and pre-indexed — never fetched live during enhancement.

How do departments work?

Departments organize your AI Brain by team or business function (Sales, Engineering, Marketing, etc.). Each department can have its own rules, documents, and use cases. When an employee enhances a prompt, they get context relevant to their department automatically. Admins can control visibility per department.

Who can see what in the AI Brain?

Accepted Answer

Admins control visibility with a three-tier system: "Everyone" (all employees), "Select" (specific team members only), or "Upon Request" (employees must request access). Visibility is enforced server-side during context retrieval — employees cannot access restricted content.

How does enterprise billing work?

Enterprise accounts use RevvTen Credits (RC). Credits are consumed per enhancement based on the AI model used and token count. Admins can configure auto-refill, set hard limits, and monitor usage per employee. Credits never expire while the subscription is active.

Can I disconnect a data source?

Yes. Admins can disconnect any data source at any time. When disconnected, all synced data from that source is purged immediately. Reconnecting requires re-authorization (for OAuth sources like Slack and HubSpot) or re-entering the API key.
