1. Introduction
RevvTen is a prompt enhancement service that helps users improve their AI prompts for better results across various AI chat platforms.
By accessing or using RevvTen's Chrome extension and web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Account Terms
- •You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service
- •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
- •One account per person - you may not create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
- •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RevvTen to:
- •Engage in any illegal purposes or violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- •Attempt to hack, exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse the service
- •Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to abuse the service or bypass usage limits
- •Resell or redistribute access to the service without explicit permission
- •Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Free Plan: Includes 35 lifetime prompt upgrades at no cost
Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
- •You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- •When you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- •No refunds are provided for partial months or unused service
- •Subscription fees are subject to change with 30 days notice
5. Fair Use Policy
⚠️ Important - Usage Limits
Our Max plan offers virtually unlimited prompt upgrades for normal, individual use. To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, the following fair use limits apply:
Monthly Usage Limits:
- •Max plan: Up to 2,000 prompt upgrades per calendar month
- •Pro plan: 400 prompt upgrades per month
- •Starter plan: 150 prompt upgrades per month
Usage exceeding these limits, or patterns indicating automated/bot activity, may result in temporary rate limiting or account review. Users requiring higher volume are encouraged to contact us at support@revvten.com for enterprise solutions.
Important: These limits exist solely to protect service quality for all users and prevent malicious abuse — not to restrict legitimate use. We understand power users may occasionally exceed these limits during normal use, and reasonable overages are generally acceptable.
6. Service Availability
- •We aim to provide high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
- •We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any features or aspects of the service with reasonable notice
- •We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or loss of data
- •Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
7. Intellectual Property
Our Property: RevvTen owns all rights to the service, including but not limited to the website, extension, branding, logos, and underlying technology.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to your prompts and the enhanced outputs generated by the service. We do not claim any ownership of your content.
License to Use: By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your prompts solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service. We do not use your content for any other purpose, including training AI models.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevvTen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- •Your use or inability to use the service
- •Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- •Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
- •Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the service
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to RevvTen in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
Your Rights: You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Our Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
- •Violates these Terms of Service
- •Constitutes abuse, fraud, or illegal activity
- •Harms other users or the integrity of the service
- •Involves automated/bot usage that violates our Fair Use Policy
Upon termination for violation of these terms, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of paid subscriptions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service features. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above.
Material Changes: For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide notice via email to the address associated with your account or through a prominent notice in the application at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of RevvTen after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the service and cancel your account.
